| Application | Rubber adhesive GLR806 produces adhesive properties by reacting with methylene acceptors, such as rubber adhesives GLR-20, RE, etc. This reaction will occur quickly at the vulcanization temperature. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the mating system will be greatly reduced or even lost. Usually, a mixture of rubber, filler, and methylene acceptor is prepared at a higher temperature, and then during the final refining stage of rubber mixing, rubber adhesive GLR806 is added together with accelerator and sulfur. The recommended ratio is to use 2-5 parts of rubber adhesive GLR806 for every 100 parts of rubber material, in combination with 2-5 parts of GLR-20 resin. |
