| Application | 1. Rubber adhesive A reacts with methylene acceptors at the vulcanization temperature, exerting a bonding effect on rubber and skeleton materials. For example, reacting with resorcinol formaldehyde resin GLR-20, adhesive RE, adhesive RS, etc. to produce thermosetting resin. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the coordination system will be lost. Usually, the rubber compound composed of rubber, filler, and methylene acceptor is prepared at a higher temperature first; Then, during the final refining stage of rubber mixing, adhesive A and other additives are added. 2. The recommended ratio is 1.5-3 parts of rubber adhesive A, combined with 2-5 parts of GLR-20 resin or other methylene acceptors. |

| Packing & Storage | 1. The outer packaging of rubber adhesive A is a plastic drum lined with a plastic inner film, with a net weight of 20kg per package. 2. Before transportation and storage, the product packaging should be checked for any damage. During storage, products should be classified and stored in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent them from getting damp or deteriorating due to heat. 3. The effective storage period is one year. |
