| Application | 1. Rubber adhesive RE reacts with methylene donors to produce adhesive properties, such as reacting with rubber adhesive A, adhesive RA, rubber adhesive RA-65, etc., to generate thermosetting resins. The reaction will occur quickly at the vulcanization temperature, and if it occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the system will be lost. To evenly disperse the rubber adhesive RE into the system, it is usually prepared by mixing the rubber, filler, and rubber adhesive RE at a higher temperature. Then, during the final refining stage of the rubber, the adhesive or methylene donor is added together with the accelerator and sulfur. 2. The recommended ratio is 2-5 parts of rubber adhesive RE, combined with 2.5 parts of rubber adhesive A or other methylene donors. It should be noted that in the absence of a methylene donor, adhesive RE will not have adhesive ability. |

| Packing & Storage | 1. The outer packaging of rubber adhesive RE is cardboard box, and the inner packaging is polyethylene plastic bag, with a net weight of 20kg per package. 2. Before transportation and storage, it is necessary to check whether the product packaging is intact and undamaged. During storage and transportation, products should be classified and stored in dry, clean, and cool warehouses to prevent them from getting damp or deteriorating due to heat. 3. The effective storage period is one year. |
