Application

1. The rubber adhesive RS produces a bonding effect by reacting with a methylene donor. For example, reacting with rubber adhesive A, adhesive RA, etc. to produce thermosetting resin. The reaction will occur quickly at the vulcanization temperature, and if it occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the system will be lost. Usually, a rubber compound composed of rubber, filler, and rubber adhesive RS is prepared at a higher temperature, and then methylene donors and other additives are added.
2. The recommended ratio is 2-5 parts of rubber adhesive RS, combined with 2.5 parts of rubber adhesive A or other methylene donors. It should be noted that in the absence of a methylene donor, adhesive RS will not have adhesive ability.

Packing & Storage

1. The outer packaging of rubber adhesive RS is paper bag, and the inner packaging is polyethylene plastic bag, with a net weight of 25kg per package.
2. Before transportation and storage, the product packaging should be checked for any damage. During storage, products should be classified and stored in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent them from getting damp or deteriorating due to heat.
3. The effective storage period is one year.
