Rubber adhesive AS-88 is a modified melamine compound with dual functions of methylene acceptor and methylene donor, and is one of the meta methyl white adhesives. Suitable for bonding various rubber and skeleton materials, such as copper plated steel wire, glass fiber, synthetic silk, polyester, and polyamide. Especially suitable for bonding fluororubber with canvas, nylon, and polyester, the effect is more outstanding.

Application

The rubber adhesive AS-88 is added during the mixing of rubber materials and can achieve good bonding effect through vulcanization. The usage amount can be determined based on the type of rubber, the properties of the skeleton material, and the type of product. The general dosage is 1-3 parts, and 10-15 parts of white carbon black are used. If used in combination with cobalt salt system, the bonding effect is better.

1. The product is a white waxy solid, with accurate and convenient storage, transportation, measurement, and feeding, and excellent mixing and dispersion performance;
2. Single component use is beneficial for reducing factory operating costs;
3. High temperature vulcanization does not change color and does not contaminate light colored rubber products;
4. Good adhesion performance, especially after aging, the adhesion remains good;
5. It can improve the plasticity of the mixed rubber material, reduce heat generation, improve processing technology, prolong the burning time, and has no adverse effects on vulcanization. Improve the safety and reliability of vulcanization, with excellent comprehensive performance;
6. Can dissolve in gasoline and can be added to gasoline emulsion for use.

Packing & Storage

1. Rubber adhesive AS-88 is packaged in woven bags lined with polyethylene plastic bags. The net weight is 25Kg per package.
2. During transportation and storage, products should be classified and stored in dry, clean, and cool warehouses to prevent them from getting damp or deteriorating due to heat.
3. The effective storage period is one year.
