Adhesive GLR806(HMMM) is composed of hexamethoxymelamie and an inert carrier.In conjunction with methylene receptor,it can effectively promote the adhesion between rubber and steel reinforcing material.

Adhesive GLR806 (HMMM) leads to the adhesion action via reaction with the methylene recepor, such as GLR-20, adhesive RE etc.. This reaction will quickly start at the vulcanization temperature. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the adhesion action of matching system will significantly decrease, even disappear. Generally, rubber filler and methylene receptor are added and mixed at first at a higher temperature, then adhesive GLR806, sulfur and accelerator are added simultancously at final mixing stage. 2-5 phr of adhesive GLR806(HMMM) is suggested to be used with 2--5 phr of GLR-20 resin.

Adhesive GLR806(HMMM) is packed in a valve packet. The net weight per package is 20 kg It is necessary to check if the product package is proper or not before, shipping and storing. The valid storage period is one year.
